All the nutrients needed by human body for healthy living is found in plant foods. Nuts, especially soybeans contain all the essential amino acids. Although methionine essential amino acid levels in soy is not high but it does not mean nothing. Conversely lysin essential amino acids levels are low in rice and corn, but high in soy.
