So far as we know, being overweight or obese will be followed by diabetes and heart problems. But being overweight is also resulting a damaged of brain tissue more quickly. Some of those who are obese, would be having degenerative faster than normal and have reduced brain tissue. At the time the brain loses its network or through degenerative brain, the next risk overshadow is Alzheimer. When degenerative brain occurs, scan results as saying that their brains looked 16 years older.

Having an ideal body is a dream of all people. But, does an ideal body exist only in dreams alone? So, many people are trying hard to figure out how to get an ideal body and try to do it as best as possible. One of the requirements to obtain an ideal body is sports. But it is not easy as you know, it’s very difficult to do exercise in a discipline terms.

The habit of enjoying fast food is not just happening to adults. Recently, more and more in kids overweight alias obesity due to like fast food. The first keyword to remember is, the children have small stomachs. It means, by allowing them to consume more than the stomach ability to digest means encouraging them overweight.

Excess of cholesterol can cause build up of fat that can clog blood vessels and it all can cause heart attacks and strokes. Particles that carry cholesterol throughout the blood vessels (carrier), popularly known as “good” (HDL – High-density lipoprotein) or “bad” (LDL – Low-density lipoprotein). Called “bad” cholesterol when excess is dragged causing fat accumulation or blockage in the artery walls (atherosclerosis), whereas “good” cholesterol is given when they are able to bring cholesterol back to the liver for disposal.
