			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">My children love swimming so much that it is a huge part of our summer time. This is the time when all of my kids are happy during the day so it is very much my favorite part of summer. We have a pool at our apartment complex that is outside so we are able to go at anytime in the summer, which is convenient. We usually go in the morning after <span id="more-230"></span>breakfast and a few shows watched on our <a href="https://www2.directstartv.com/directv_begin_order.html">Directtv</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The hottest time of the day tends to be right before lunch, so we are usually the first visitors to the pool. This is a great way to keep the kids busy with baths and changing while I make lunch. Some days we take our lunch or order dinner and have it delivered to the pool for some extra fun with the kids.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We have invested several dollars in swimming suites and <a title="pool toys packages" href="“http://www.toysplash.com/”">pool toys</a> for all ages and have them all in the storage area of the apartment. This is great for the kids&#8217; friends when they swim as well. Swimming has given my husband and I time with the kids where they are all happy and time for the kids to socialize with the other members of our apartment community.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Actually, I want to have an ideal body shape. I think it is needed to  have because it can support my busy days. One  day I found <a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/">P90X</a>. I  think this is a useful program for me because I can practice it at home.  For the workout, we get 12 DVD for the exercise and we can do it at  home. This is including the exercise guide and does it rightly. I  understand that it will be useless if we do the exercise but we have the  wrong eating habit. Fortunately, <a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products/p90x.php">P90X</a> covers it with the way to get health nutrition including control it to  get ideal weight.</p>
<p>I think this is a kind of great combination and  it is similar to what I do at the gym. Of course, we need consistency  in doing it because we do it at home.
