Soft drinks, things that we often consume to drink. In addition  its instant and have a variety in taste, this type is a favorite for all people. Both soft drinks or sports drinks can lead to effects that are not good for dental health, not only the degree of acidity (pH) is contained in the soft drinks, but the level of buffering (the ability of neutralizing acidic drinks) can also be negative effects on teeth.
