Do Exercise Consistently

Everyone have known, exercise will make your body healthy and fit. But why most of us have difficulty of consistent to do that? Rules are needed to make us more comfortable to move. It means that the rules are guidelines for exercising the body with a safe process. And guidelines to make our bodies stay healthy and fit, must consist of 3 basic training, ie aerobic, weight training and flexibility exercises. This all does not require a long duration, but for consistency you always take the time to exercise.

Aerobic exercise is necessary for the heart and lungs. This means making your vital organs continue to work optimally. In addition, this exercise can burn fat in the abdomen and make a flat stomach. For aerobics, the minimum duration that you must meet is 15-30 minutes and should be done 3 times a week. After that you also have to give your body weight training, unfortunately, many women are reluctant to do so because of the perception of equal weight training build muscle. Afraid of weight training will make them look like having a big muscle. Though weight training is not related to build muscle, because in principle, the formation of muscle is closely related to the hormone testosterone.

So what can you do with weight training? Weight training is way to tighten the muscles. This you can do two sets for both sides of the body, with 12-15 times the movement repetition that his rest period is one minute. Strength training you can do as much as 2-3 times a week.

As for muscle flexing exercise you need to do to improve the range of motion. This is the future that will make your body move more comfortable. When the body moves with a convenient possibility, so injury is very thin. Special exercise flexibility or flexing muscles, you must start from the big muscles to small muscles. Hold each stretch 30 minutes and should ideally be done after 10-30 minutes of cardio.

Exercise is really useful we know that. But the problem it is very hard to maintain. I tried too many times but after some weeks not able to keep maintaining.
