Do Cardio Before Exercise

If you do cardio as a warm-up exercises such as cycling, walking or dancing before exercising, the body will burn more calories than do not do cardio exercises. Whatever the exercise, cardio exercise can help maximize your calories burn while we do the next exercise. In other words, warming up before exercise will maximize the sport output itself. Weight would be reduced and the body muscle becomes tight than before.
Cardio exercises or warm up can also reduce muscle injury after exercise. Stretch before you start exercising, and stopped after the body begins warm and ready to begin the next exercise.
